That's why we focus a lot of attention on understanding our clients' Apartment Wishlist. Having a one-on-one consultation with our clients allows us to pinpoint exactly what is required, and helps to prioritize property and locality features and benefits. It also means that we won't waste your time with properties which don't match your needs.
The Wishlist contains the typical "universal" requirements such as desired suburb, the number of bedrooms and price range but also enables a Buyer to specify other "mandatory" and "desired" requirements such as a pool, a concierge, proximity to a particular school or transport. Each Wishlist is unique and specifies your apartment needs. Once the free Wishlist Consultation is completed, we enter this information into our Apartment Matchmaker© database to find suitable matches. We will introduce you to suitable properties and continue to alert you as other properties become available.
Private Viewings
We don't believe that 'open for inspections' are the best way to view property. Times are often inconvenient, you have to rush all over town, there are too many people, no time to ask questions, and once you get there the property may not have the features you want anyway...that's why we only offer private viewings to our Buyers, at times that suit both the Buyer and the Seller.

The Apartment Superstore believes in encouraging transparent real estate pricing. In order to deliver this, we developed the Property MarketGauge system, which details recent comparable property sales in the market, and combines this with other valuation tools and specialist knowledge.
Using these tools helps to ensure all parties (Buyers, Sellers and Property Consultants) are literally 'on the same page' when it comes to the price, and saves the frustration, false expectations and disappointment that many people experience with the current way that most property is advertised, negotiated and sold.
The property Market Gauge delivers current market information on apartment prices and growth trends for each of our five zones - North, South, East, West and Central (within 5 kilometres of the city).
The Market Gauges is updated regularly and includes:
