How do we differ from a regular estate agent?
We focus on the buyer by doing a 'Wishlist Consultation'. during which we endeavour to understand your apartment requirements. Once the Wishlist is completed we present a selection of suitable properties.

Who pays our fees?
Although we focus on the buyer's needs, the vendor pays our fees. The buyer is charged no fee for the Apartment Superstore service.

How many property listings do we have and do they all appear on the web site?
We have access to hundreds of properties across metropolitan Melbourne and Victoria and we will often source additional suitable properties once we determine a buyer's exact requirements.

Not all available listings appear on our site. We do not wish to create the confusion and clutter experienced on other sites. Our aim is purely to give you, a taste of the property selection available.  We also have access to properties which are not advertised, so buyers can often be presented with unexpected opportunities.

If I wish to buy, why should I contact you rather than a regular estate agent?
Traditional agents have limited listings, which are generally centred in their core suburban area. Our listings on the other hand, cover all of Melbourne - north, south, east, west, inner and outer suburbs, as well as some coastal and country properties. We offer true choice.

What type of property is available?
We offer a wide selection of apartments, both new and established, together with a variety of townhouses and villa units.

Are we a member of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria (REIV)?
Yes.

What is the history of the business?
Our business commenced as a traditional agency in the mid 1980s; in 2004 the vision of a global apartment specialist became a reality. Our team of consultants havebetween them over a century of experience.
