Market Value Reports

Market Value Reports prepared by WBP are the standard property pro reports that meet the requirements of the Australian Property Institute and Australian bank and non-bank lenders. A WBP Market Value Report can be used by many of Australia's lenders for mortgage and refinancing purposes. Conditions do apply and can vary from lender to lender. Valuation Fees:

Please contact WBP for a quote if you require a valuation for a specific purpose other than market value or if you property is not residential.

Payment Terms:

Valuation reports will be released to client in requested format (electronic or hard copy) after payment has been received. Payment is accepted by cheque, EFT or VISA/Mastercard.
