Prospective Tenants
Apartment Superstore processes all tenancy applications within 48 hours of receipt, subject to the successful contact of all referrers. If all referrers are contactable immediately we can, in most cases, approve applications the same day as receipt. Once processed the application is referred to the Landlord for final approval.
Applying
If you would like to apply for one of our rental properties the procedure is quite simple.
When the application has been processed one of our Property Managers will contact you .
Payment of Bond
Once you have been advised your application has been approved by the Landlord the Bond is required to be paid within 24 hours - the bond payment may be made via the following methods:
Credit Card - please contact Reception on 1300 850 730 to arrange payment over the phone (Credit Card payments incur a 1.385% surcharge)
EFTPOS
- Eftpos facilities are available at Apartment Superstore: 522 Church Street, Richmond
Electronically via Internet Banking
